Group Boxing Classes

Our group boxing classes are at the heart of what we do. These sessions combine:

  • Structured technical instruction

  • Bag work, pad work and footwork drills

  • Full-body conditioning

  • A motivating group atmosphere

These classes are ideal for anyone who wants to improve fitness, learn real boxing skills, and train with others in a supportive environment.

Available to all membership levels, including casual passes and packs.

Women’s/Girls Group Boxing Class

We run dedicated women’s and girls classes designed to create a strong, supportive space to train, learn technique, build fitness and feel confident in a friendly environment. Classes emphasise empowerment, inclusive coaching, and enjoyable workouts.

Junior & Youth Programs

Our Junior and Youth Boxing classes offer structured, age-appropriate sessions where young people can build:

  • Coordination and fitness

  • Confidence and discipline

  • Social connection through teamwork

We offer various youth passes and memberships so families can find what works best for their schedule.


Open Gym Access

Open gym time gives members the freedom to train on their own schedule. Whether you want to work on technique, bag drills, or a cardio-focused session, our space is open for you to make the most of your training outside scheduled classes.

Open gym access is included with some memberships and also available as a casual pass.

1-on-1 Personal Training & Technique Sessions

Get specialised instruction with one-on-one or small group training. These sessions are ideal if you want:

  • Personalised technique coaching

  • Targeted fitness and strength work

  • Skill development beyond group classes

  • A structured training plan

Our 1-on-1 Technique Passes and 2-on-1 sessions give you dedicated time with a coach to accelerate progress and refine your abilities.

Sparring (Platinum & Gold Members only)

Certain memberships include access to supervised sparring sessions, where you can apply your skills in a controlled, coached environment. These sessions are great for advanced trainees who want to test timing, defence and ring awareness in a safe setting under guidance.

We offer flexible options to make training accessible, whether you’re training casually or fully committed:

  • Gold Member – Unlimited group classes, open gym & sparring

  • Silver & Bronze Members – Structured weekly session allowances

  • Casual Passes & Session Packs – Perfect for visitors or part-time training

  • Technique & Personal Training Passes – Solo or shared coaching options
