Junior Boxing introduces kids to the basics of the sport through age-appropriate drills, teamwork, and movement-based activities. We focus on technique, coordination, listening skills and confidence, all delivered in a positive environment where kids feel supported and encouraged. No contact—just teaching them how to move, punch correctly, stay active, and build healthy habits early.
