For members who want to step into the ring and truly test themselves, our Sparring sessions offer a supervised, and highly structured environment. You’ll put your skills to work against an opponent, while our coaches manage pace, intensity and pairings to ensure safety and steady development. The goal is growth: improving confidence, sharpening technique, and understanding what it takes to perform inside the ropes. Members must have their own 16oz gloves and a mouthguard, headgear can be provided on request.
