You’ll train alongside locals and other travellers in a professional, inclusive, air-conditioned boxing gym environment. Beginners welcome.

New to Boxing?

Many visitors who train with us have never boxed before.

Our coaches guide you step by step so you feel confident from your first session.

Gloves are available for you if you don’t have your own.

Location & Booking

We’re centrally located in Byron Bay and easy to access from all hostels and accommodation. Right in the middle of the main street, you can walk or ride, and combine a visit to the gym with the other activities you have planned.

Class sizes are limited to maintain coaching quality.

Booking ahead is essential for group classes, for Open Gym sessions feel free to just come during our Open Gym hours: 7:30 - 10am / 12 - 1pm / 3 - 5pm.
