BYRON BOXING – GYM RULES & DIGITAL WAIVER
By training at Hit House Boxing, you agree to follow all gym rules and accept the terms of the waiver below. Submission of this form constitutes full acceptance of all conditions.
GYM RULES
To ensure a safe, respectful, and high-standard training environment for all members, you must follow these rules at all times:
1. Check-In Required
All members must check in upon entering the gym—no exceptions. This is for safety, attendance tracking, and insurance purposes.
2. Appropriate Footwear
Clean, closed-toe athletic shoes must be worn at all times.
No boots, sandals, slides, or barefoot training.
3. Clothing Standards
Men must wear a t-shirt or singlet while training.
All members must wear appropriate athletic clothing suitable for movement and safety.
4. Towel Required
Every member must bring a clean towel to each session and use it on equipment, mats, and during workouts.
5. Respect & Conduct
Treat coaches, members, and equipment with respect.
Unsafe, aggressive, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.
6. Follow Coaching Instructions
You must follow all coaching directions during classes, sparring, and open-gym time for your safety and the safety of others.
7. Equipment Use
Use equipment only as instructed. Report damaged or unsafe equipment immediately.
8. Hygiene
Maintain good personal hygiene, wear deodorant, and wipe down equipment after use.
9. No Unauthorised Sparring
Sparring is only allowed with coach approval, supervision, and proper protective gear.
10. Personal Items
Store belongings in designated areas. Hit House Boxing is not responsible for lost or stolen property.
DIGITAL WAIVER & RELEASE OF LIABILITY
By submitting this form, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to the following terms. I acknowledge that this agreement is legally binding and applies to all participation at Byron Boxing.
1. Acknowledgement of Risk
I understand that boxing and fitness activities involve inherent risks, including physical contact, falls, impacts, muscle strains, fractures, concussion, and equipment-related accidents. I acknowledge that injury can occur even under proper supervision.
2. Assumption of Risk
I voluntarily choose to participate in training, classes, sparring, open gym, and other activities at Hit House Boxing and accept full responsibility for all risks—known and unknown.
3. Health Declaration
I confirm I am medically and physically able to participate. I understand coaches are not medical professionals and agree to stop training and notify staff if I experience pain, dizziness, or abnormal symptoms.
4. Sparring & Contact Activities
I understand sparring involves controlled physical contact and carries a higher risk of injury. I agree that:

5. Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under NSW law, I release Hit House Pty Ltd, its owners, staff, contractors, and volunteers from all liability for any injury, illness, property loss, or damage arising from participation, including negligence (excluding gross negligence or conduct prohibited by law).
6. Indemnity
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hit House Pty Ltd from any claims arising from my actions, conduct, or failure to follow instructions while in the facility.
7. Personal Property
I understand that Hit House Boxing is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.
8. Code of Conduct Agreement
By participating, I agree to follow all gym rules listed above. Breaches may result in suspension or removal from the facility without refund.
9. Minors (Under 18)
For participants aged 17 and under:
Submission of this form by a parent or legal guardian confirms consent and acceptance of all terms on the minor’s behalf.
10. Digital Acceptance
By submitting this form, I confirm that:
